For more than five years I’ve been running nights in Genoa: tables, guest lists, events and party brands the city now knows.
How I started
I started like many others: as a promoter in high school. A few guest lists, a few groups of friends to bring out. It was a way to have fun, but soon a whole world opened up.
Night after night I learned things school doesn’t teach. Nightlife is a tough school, and that’s exactly why it teaches fast: communication, organisation, managing people and the unexpected. These are skills I use every day, inside and outside the club.
What the night taught me
- Sales
Understanding what someone is looking for and offering the right solution, without pushing.
- Relationships
With guests, managers, door staff and bartenders. Every night stands on this.
- Leadership
Motivating promoters, making quick decisions, owning it when something goes wrong.
- Teamwork
Splitting the work and coordinating a team where everyone knows what to do when the venue fills up.

Why I do it
What really matters to me is that people who go out with me have fun and go home with a night worth telling. I was born and raised in this world, and over the years I’ve built a network of contacts that lets me always know which night is right, which table is worth it and what to expect.
Malza is the name Genoa’s nightlife knows me by, and it has become the brand of my nights.
How I work
I always reply myself. No call centre: on WhatsApp you talk to me.
Guest list or table, your call. Tell me where and when, and I’ll find the best option.
With the youngest, clear rules. No alcohol, physical ID at the door and parents free to contact me before, during and after the party.
