Parties for middle and high-school kids in Genoa: a guide for parents

Sooner or later it happens: your son or daughter wants to go to their first party. Having a few doubts is normal. This guide answers the questions parents ask me most often about the two parties I run for the youngest in Genoa.

Middle House: parties for middle-school kids

Middle House started in 2017 as the go-to party for the youngest.

  • Who: middle-school kids only, under 14.
  • When: about eight times a year, around the holidays, each time at a different venue in Genoa.
  • Times: usually from 5 or 6 pm until midnight.
  • Alcohol: no alcohol is served.
  • ID: a physical ID document is always required; a photo on the phone is not enough.
  • Pick-up: a parent must come and pick up their son or daughter. Nobody leaves alone.
  • Music: reggaeton, commercial and trap.

Gold: the high-school party

Gold has existed since 2012 and is Genoa’s go-to party for high-school students.

  • Who: under-18 high-school students.
  • When: about eight times a year, around the main holidays, at different venues.
  • Times: usually from 9 pm to 2 am.
  • Alcohol: no alcohol is served.
  • ID: a physical ID document is always required.

Questions parents ask me

Can I talk to the organiser before the party?

Yes, I actually recommend it. Message or call me at +39 346 124 2412 and I’ll answer myself about times, venue, entry and pick-up. You can also contact me during the party. I’d rather a parent ask one question too many than stay with a doubt.

How do I buy a ticket?

Message me on WhatsApp and I’ll tell you the date, venue and how to get a ticket.

Where is the next party?

The parties change venue every time. To find out the date and address of the next one, message me: you won’t find dates on the website because they change every time.

What about photos?

We take photos during the parties and only publish them with a signed release. If your son or daughter appears in a photo and you want it removed, message me on WhatsApp: the request is handled right away.

A tip from the organiser

Agree beforehand on how and when you’ll pick them up (at Middle House a parent must come and collect them), remember the physical ID and save my number: +39 346 124 2412. A well-run party is one where the kids have fun and the parents can relax.
